Because of the ingredients, Wingko could be filling snackg, and this food was quite durable. - Tumpi.
Tumpi is a kind of snack that is very similar to rempeyek, savory taste, and crispy texture. You can eat pumpi as a snack like chips or side dishes, for friends to eat rice. No wonder if many call pumpi as a typical Semarang rempode.
What distinguishes the pumpi from the other rempode is the topping. If in most other places, Rempeyek is usually coupled with shrimp, salted fish, or soybeans, but pumpi uses green beans as a compliment. This snack can be very durable if it is stored in an airtight container.
- Ganjel Rail Bread
In Indonesian, the name of this bread can be interpreted as a ‘rail bread rail’.
